Women have outpaced men in earning degrees since the early 1980s, yet many programs remain gender specific.

Although much of my focus is on climate I do occasionally write about some of my experiences in academia. I have discussed my opinions on DEI before, but thought I would discuss a bit about gender-specific programs in academia and the growing gender gap between males and females in higher education.
