The full report isn't yet available on the IPCC website. I assume you're going off of the Synthesis report. My understanding is that these synthesis reports are propaganda and often contradict what's in the full report.
Great assessment of the report. Would like to hear the global warming zealots rebuttal but that would require critical thinking skills which are very scarce in that community.
