WEATHER MANIPULATION/CLOUD SEEDING etc!?

Now we have all read about the LYNMOUTH FLOOD DISASTER in 1952 and back in 70s or 80s I read an article about it and it said it was an experiment that UK military were doing and it may have gone wrong!? Now the MSM etc seem to be back tracking on that!?

Recent flood disaster has been DUBAI and once again weather manipulation has been mentioned!? Now I am not saying that is the case but there are plenty people around the world saying that their weather is being 'SCREWED AROUND WITH' and even here in UK!? Alarm bells from LYNMOUTH ringing!? AIDING THECLIMATE CHANGE SCAM!?

I was sent information about weather being screwed around with in Tasmania so to try and find out more I email various places round the world and a media outlet from Tasmania replied!?

So if Tasmania are screwing around with weather is it safe to bet that other countries shall be doing same!? Here are the emails etc!

A request for information on -------

Hydro Tasmania asked to explain cloud seeding in catchment day before flooding

Tasmania’s government-owned energy company has been asked to explain why it conducted cloud seeding over the Derwent River catchment the day before flooding began this week.

Interesting! Links added here:

Hydro has long had a cloud seeding program. Usually used after long, dry periods, as is currently the case.

Thanks for this. I am a bit confused (not uncommon) so correct me if I am wrong but don't delta-O-18 values that are high represent colder climates, while lower values indicate a warmer climate? In absolute terms this trend occurs because of the effects of precipitation and evaporation since O-18 is heavier than O-16 the O-16 evaporates first - so in warm, tropical areas, the ocean is high in 18O while the ratio is lower than in colder climates.
